Happening this weekend is the Aliwan Fiesta 2018. Festivals from around the country are expected to compete in the streetdance, float and pageant competitions.
Seen rehearsing are Guimaras Province's Hubon Mangunguma of Manggahan Festival and Iloilo City's Dinagyang Festival represented by Tribu Panayanon.
